What areas does Quick Cargo serve?

We primarily serve the Sydney, Australia area with same-day pick-up and delivery services. Additionally, we offer next-day deliveries to regional areas of New South Wales. We also provide truck load interstate freight solutions to Melbourne, Brisbane, and other major cities.


How do I book my own delivery?

We'll set up a personalised account for you, granting you the ability to schedule your deliveries and monitor your projects. To initiate the process, please reach out to us through our online contact form or by sending an email to info@quickcargo.com.au.


What is a consignment note?

A consignment or con note is the label that needs to be attached to your item/s before pickup. The consignment note has all the relevant details and also a barcode which is used for our tracking system. Once you make a booking with us, you will receive an email which contains a PDF file. All the relevant information is contained within. Please read the pages carefully as the information is very important. You will need to stick the consignment note to the item/s as instructed. Failure to apply the consignment note may result in a Futile pickup charge.


Can I change or cancel my booking?

If your scheduled pickup hasn't happened yet, you can cancel it as long as you provide enough notice. However, please be aware that if you request a cancellation without giving us sufficient notice, there might be a charge.

Once your booking is confirmed and our team is on the way, we can't make any changes. If there are any mistakes or differences from what you initially booked, it could result in extra charges.


What if my item is over 25kg?

Thats no problem as Quick Cargo specialise in heavy freight. Your items will need to be packaged on a pallet/skid or crate, and you will need to provide lifting assistance such as a forklift at the sending and receiving locations. If a forklift is not available, you will need to select the Tail lift option when booking.


What if I dont know the correct weight and dimensions?

To get a precise shipping quote, it's important to provide the exact measurements and weight of your packaged freight. If it's on a pallet, make sure to include the pallet's dimensions as part of the packaging. Avoid making rough estimates, as inaccurate measurements could lead to extra charges.


What types of vehicles does Quick Cargo have in its fleet?

Our fleet consists of versatile vehicles, including 4-tonne trucks, 6-tonne trucks, 8-tonne trucks, 12-tonne trucks and semi-trailers. These trucks are equipped to handle various types of cargo, from standard pallets to bulky or heavy items.
