Full Truckload Freight Australia — Semi-Trailer & B-Double Shipping
When you've got enough freight to fill a truck, a full truckload (FTL) is the most efficient way to move it. One truck, one load, one destination — no sharing space, no depot stops, no extra handling. On major routes between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, you get three options: Express, Dedicated General, or General freight.
Express Full Truckload
Your freight, your schedule. We dispatch the first available truck to meet your requested pickup and delivery time. Your freight stays on the truck from pickup to delivery with zero depot handling. Ideal when timing matters and you need your load moving now.
Dedicated General Full Truckload
Your freight, our schedule. A dedicated truck is still assigned to your load — but it departs on our next available run for that route, which means lower rates. Ideal when you've got a full load ready but a day or two of flexibility on timing.
General Full Truckload
Your freight moves through our shared freight network alongside other shipments. This is the most cost-effective full truckload option — ideal when you don't need exclusive use of the truck and transit time of 2-5 business days works for your schedule.
Vehicle Options
Semi-trailers for up to 22-34 pallets (depending on configuration), B-doubles for up to 36-54 pallets, tautliners (straight deck, drop deck, or mezzanine), and flat-tops for oversized freight.
Coverage
Full truckload shipping is available Australia-wide — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and everywhere in between. The three-tier option (Express, Dedicated General, and General) is available on major routes between these capital cities.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Express and Dedicated General full truckload? Both are a whole truck dedicated to your freight with zero depot handling. Express runs on your schedule — we send a driver to meet your timing, even if there's no return load booked, which is why it costs more. Dedicated General runs on our schedule at a lower rate — we plan the run so the truck has a return load, keeping costs down for you.
What is Priority and when does it appear? Priority is available on east coast corridor routes (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) for pallets and smaller vehicle loads. An express truck picks up your freight and takes it to the depot, where it's fast-tracked through the linehaul. At the other end, another express truck delivers directly. It's cheaper than Express because the linehaul leg is shared, but faster than General because pickup and delivery are express.
How many pallets fit on a full truckload? A semi-trailer carries up to 22 pallets on a straight deck (max height 2.6m per pallet) or up to 34 pallets on a mezzanine deck (pallets must not exceed 1.4m in height to double-stack). A B-double carries up to 36 pallets on a straight deck or up to 54 on a mezzanine configuration.
Is FTL always a dedicated truck? For Express and Dedicated General, yes — the whole truck is yours. General FTL moves through our shared freight network alongside other shipments.
